Pros

Amazing staff from top to bottom. Brand new state of the art call center with awesome amenities for employees, ergonomic chairs and the desks that are stand up or sit down. They are a 24/7 business and schedules can very flexible. Great room for advancement and hires from within. Amazing training department that cares about your progress and is constantly working on making you better. Amazing IT Team that are innovators in the industry and will figure out a way to meet the clients needs no matter what it takes. Great people (again), can’t state that one enough.

Cons

24/7 business so not all holidays are guaranteed off. Insurance is kind of pricey especially for non-singles. It is a call center so the turnover rate is higher than most industries sometimes causing staffing or training issues for some of the unique/higher skilled accounts/positions.
