There's never a pro's in this company.

Cons

There's no job security in this organisation. They can terminate you for lame reasons. You should never stand for what's right. If you are a good looking female people can hold grudges on you if you are no favor for their desires. Management and the CEO here sucks, they barely know the corporate culture and they barely follow professionalism. This management can be favorable to those who are at guilt, and they label as bad to the victims.

Calpion Response

The company has strict policies against such behaviors and has zero tolerance for such behavior at any level. Training is given to female employees alongside all male members of the organization and being sensitized about the consequences of such behaviors. There is a committee in place that addresses such grievances. Employees must raise complaints to the confidential email ID so that such issues can be dealt with and handled per policy.

The office had a decent location with good amenities.

Cons

The job was consistently agonizing due to overcommitting on projects and a lack of support from the manager. The work environment was often crappy, making it hard stay motivated and productive. The constant struggle to manage unrealistic expectations set by the manager led to a stressful and draining experience.
