      Big organization. Job security. Lots of great people.

      Cons

      This is an engineering organization. Non- engineers are treated like second class citizens when it comes to pay, professional treatment, office space, support, everything. If you want to be treated like crap because engineers need to feed their egos, get a job here.

      Stable, chances for advancement (dependent on location), more time off the longer you stick around

      Heavy red tape, Analysts may be tasked with supporting way too many needy employees from their own and other units, low morale as a result.
