      I love working for Caltrans. Everyone is very helpful. Alot of upward mobility. Caltrans is much better than other State Agencies.

      They are no cons working fir Caltrans. I wish I would have stared earlier. Don't waste you time on other state agencies.

      Stable, chances for advancement (dependent on location), more time off the longer you stick around

      Cons

      Heavy red tape, Analysts may be tasked with supporting way too many needy employees from their own and other units, low morale as a result.
