Flexible hours and days. Ability to have Fridays off. Great pay. Upward mobility and lateral mobility to learn new aspects of engineering. Great work life balance. Tons of experienced engineers to learn from.
Cons
No bonuses but you also aren't forced to take your work home like private firms and stay working until 3a.m... Mostly no cons.
