Easy pace that encourages learning from knowledgeable professionals. Plenty of paid time off and flexible telecommuting schedules.
Cons
Salary is good but lower than private industry(after accounting for year end bonuses and/or profit sharing) but in return you get top tier benefits across the board. Promoting up may also take longer than what you would expect in the private industry.
