MisManagement Mess - Research Analyst Caltrans Employee Review

I worked for Caltrans for over a decade. I loved it. Until I went to Equipment. The most toxic work environment in my 32 years as a professional. Managers play favorites, they use threats and scare tactics, drunks get promoted, and the employees are treated like they don’t matter. You are micromanaged, gas lighted, lied to and ignored. They are almost worse than Maintenance District 3 who hire incompetent people to make big decisions.
