      There is a huge paradigm shift in work ethic vs the private sector. Teammates are resistant to upskilling and have subpar troubleshooting skills. Management can be your friend for one second then talk about you a second after.

      Cons

      Not enough work to go around resulting in employees sitting around doing nothing. Your tax dollars wasted and "hard at work."
