Pros
This company was once a market leader and still has a pretty good name. The owner has a great heart for loyal employees. Health insurance was good. Job stability is almost too good there. Relaxed work atmosphere. Pay was above average overall.
Cons
They need to get new products to market quickly. Most of their staff is not familiar with the industry they serve but they appear to be trying to improve that. Did not match 401K and does not use an automated payroll (yes, a paper check). They use contracted HR that as not very impressive.
