Went from a great mom and pop company that was once the industry leader to seriously behind the times - Anonymous employee Calyx Software Employee Review

I came to the site hoping to see some good reviews as evidence the company has changed. Sadly, the reviews still echo my experiences. They are not forward thinking and lack execution. A common sentiment when I was there is they have "analysis paralysis". They have poor planning and not enough resources allocated to important projects. They like to hire people who don't really know what they are doing and train as they go, then expect them to be "superstars" for low pay (far lower than average for a Silicon Valley software company).
