Pros

Benefits and you don’t really get fired

Cons

They need to do something about the way they run this company and each department. Just look at the accounting... I have never seen a whole department leave within a year and half. Now, there is only new people there.

- Learned a lot - No limit on how much you are allowed to contribute - Colleagues are super nice and supportive

Cons

- Mortgage industry is going through tough times - Business model is based on licenses, and as banks replace humans with AI, they will need fewer licenses
