      Project deadlines were often unattainable without working unpaid overtime; company often pushed through flawed or sub-par products to stick to timelines; salary/benefits were lacking; management was often unaware of the resources/time needed to do tasks successfully

      Pros

      It's a great company, and a great environment. Very inclusive and focused on diversity

      Cons

      They are actively moving to AI, and have been facing lower sales due to budget cuts across education. Both of these have contributed to them doing 3 layoffs in the 20 months I worked there.
