      - good potential for commission

      Cons

      - management was awful; i had caught covid and immediately informed them that i was staying home as i had high risk employees. they stated as long as i had no symptoms, i was good to return to work without a negative test.

      Pros

      Great bonus, great mentorship, nice perks, C-Suite share the wealth when company performs well. Great culture for the operations side. I recommend this company.

      Cons

      Not great work life balance, promotion opportunities were not great, no boundaries during after hours.

      I love this company. I feel at home here. I feel appreciated, and I enjoy the work so much. I'm learning new things constantly. The culture is truly amazing!
