The company has changed over the years. They have gone from being customer focused and first to being money driven and its sad. They overwork their employees and fire them over personal reasons and not performance reasons. Managers fear their supervisors and it trickles down. They used to tell you its okay to make a mistake because you learn from it. Now its just become a hostile and unhealthy environment to work in due to over analyzing yourself to make sure that upper management will approve. They are the best property management company, but at what cost are they willing to take. They've lost a number of long term employees. The employees used to love coming to work for Camden because they had great values and put their employees first and cared about the residents. Not any more.
