Pros

Worked with a genuinely great team—colleagues, managers, and staff were collaborative, capable, and supportive. Day-to-day operations ran smoothly thanks to the efforts of mid-level leadership and frontline teams.

Cons

Leadership at the highest level often overrides decisions and involvement extends into minor operational details. Lack of trust in the management teams results in frequent micromanagement. Decision-making power is centralized, making it difficult for managers and directors to lead effectively. Certain leadership figures are highly involved despite limited hours or defined responsibilities, which causes confusion and frustration.

Pros

It’s a little pay check and thats it.

Cons

Location is worst in company as far as profit and sales. Class A drivers , you will be in a box truck 50% of the time with touch freight trust and when you don’t have the hours forced to work the warehouse or go home, depending on the profits for week/day Operations is ran by a little person with no experience. High turnover. Will promise the world , but you will receive 35- 40 hrs, safety watching, and dual cameras inside a the worst running fleet you can imagine .
