Great company if you're a hard worker - Support Camfil Group Employee Review

Pros

Decent pay and benefits for the manufacturing industry. A shift is a straight eight hours with two ten minute breaks and a paid twenty minute lunch break. Overtime is always a possibility. Management and staff are generally helpful and friendly if you show you are willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Cons

Sometimes during peak season, you will work 58-60 hours per week, six days a week. A lot is expected of each employee and you will find yourself in departments outside your own if that department is short on staff. A support worker is expected to do the work of three people, so it's by no means an easy job. Advancement is hard to come by as most employees are there for the long run and seniority generally (but not always) takes priority when positions do come open.
