Alot of work for 2 people, no help in sight, employees are not given enough support to do thier jobs. Alot of micro management, no communication fron mgmt to employees, mgmt uses PIP performance improvement plan as a training tool which is counter productive.how can a. Employee work with the threat of being fired everytime you turn around. Thier improvement plans states improve or yor fired but no follow through, no examples, no support, just a do it or else and you should already know this. But if your not told or trained how do you know what's right or wrong.
