Lack of supervision allows for a very relaxed atmosphere and allows you to be yourself making it easier to sell

Cons

Lack of support from the owners is terrible. There's no room for growth. Suggestions are not encouraged. There is no training of any kind and other sales associates are quick to take sales away

Cons

Management is terrible. Abusive (literally) supervisors. Pay abysmal. Do NOT risk working here under any circumstances. Discrimination against POC employees.
