Pros
Rapidly growing (over 600 employees with plans to double again within 5 years), even as a bigger company they still have family owned mentality and support work/life balance, employee owned, amazing people with passion for their work, very diverse with many types of opportunities and locations to work from, and many other things
Cons
Smaller company compared to some so wages cant always compete with larger rail companies, and depending on your location and/or role there is lots of overtime (not necessarily a bad thing)
