Very disorganized work environment - Operator/Switchman Cando Rail & Terminals Employee Review

For the amount of work we do the pay is terrible. The operator is always answering the crew phone, texts, calls, and emails all are very distracting. For a company who preaches " safety culture" the are safety meetings if any kind. Half the time we don't know if we are comming or going.
