9ySalaries are benchmarked using specialist data from the likes of Towers Watson and PwC, with little empirical evidence to support the differences mentioned. We are working to improve the visibility of career pathways across the business and much of the current activity around this should be clearer to all over the coming months. Ultimately we'd like all employees to realise their own part in this process and we'd encourage you to make you ambitions known - both to line managers and by embracing the Development Hub which is made available to all for this purpose.
