Pros
Young people try to think more on his / her carrier to realize himself. They search for different experiences, first in his own department and then other departments.
Cons
Some departments are too keen to realize the assigned target, acting as if there was nothing they themselves cannot do, trying to pass the failures to others. Making no real results. Maybe the kind of thing you can see in every company.
