The dynamics of the organisation have changed over the recent years and focus is starting to shift from a product driven organisation to a solution driven organisation. The company culture is gradually chaning from a Japanese one to a more european one.
Cons
Relationships with the national sales organisations could be improved. Talent management has been initiated but new appointments still are based on old networks. The company culture is really risk averse and changes and innovation can take a long time.
