      Global business who support and develop staff to perform at their best, customer centric developing long lasting and loyal partnerships

      Cons

      Usual corporate upheaval of staff and priorities, but better than most. Strong sense of support through process and plenary of opportunity within other parts of the business

      Pros

      Everyone is genuinely nice and cares about their jobs. Nice offices, and big corporate backing. Can't really say that the experience was negative but for high acheivers/ ambitious people probably not what you're looking for.

      Cons

      A ton of bueracracy, there are some many layers of approval that even the simplest things take months to get done. They never take any risks and ideas are very top down. Slow career progression and mediocre salary. Only way to progress is to hope someone in the same position retires or leaves.
