      - Salary is competitive. - Processes are defined properly. - The culture will help define a fresh graduate.

      Cons

      - Salary increase is minimal - Minimal career growth - Some of the rules are too strict and will only give more pressure to the employee. - Assisgnees are not that widely given to employees. - There is a lot of political issues inside the company.

      Pros

      Everyone is genuinely nice and cares about their jobs. Nice offices, and big corporate backing. Can't really say that the experience was negative but for high acheivers/ ambitious people probably not what you're looking for.

      Cons

      A ton of bueracracy, there are some many layers of approval that even the simplest things take months to get done. They never take any risks and ideas are very top down. Slow career progression and mediocre salary. Only way to progress is to hope someone in the same position retires or leaves.
