      Pros

      People is a core asset: friendliness is a general quality. Work / Life balance is perfected. Interesting challenges. Great exposure to local business practices.

      Cons

      Working in a multinational environment can be challenging, specially if you are not used to it (it may take a while, but the environment is friendly, so it is really up to you). Not many perks / benefits. Depending on the area, your workload can fluctuate.

      Pros

      Everyone is genuinely nice and cares about their jobs. Nice offices, and big corporate backing. Can't really say that the experience was negative but for high acheivers/ ambitious people probably not what you're looking for.

      Cons

      A ton of bueracracy, there are some many layers of approval that even the simplest things take months to get done. They never take any risks and ideas are very top down. Slow career progression and mediocre salary. Only way to progress is to hope someone in the same position retires or leaves.
