Pros

Clear procedures, Good training, Good working method. Good for fresh grads to gain experience

Cons

Too many unnecessary procedures. Low-creative working enviroment (because everything has a procedure and employees must stricly follow the procedure). Promotion (upgrade level) tends to base on number of working years and relationship with managers (include assistant managers) rather than one's capacity. Salary is not attractive.

I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.

Cons

Must drive to Melville (no train station in walking distance)

Pros

Everyone is genuinely nice and cares about their jobs. Nice offices, and big corporate backing. Can't really say that the experience was negative but for high acheivers/ ambitious people probably not what you're looking for.

Cons

A ton of bueracracy, there are some many layers of approval that even the simplest things take months to get done. They never take any risks and ideas are very top down. Slow career progression and mediocre salary. Only way to progress is to hope someone in the same position retires or leaves.
