Pros
At the moment the only pro is the fact that nobody bothers what you really do. You can then go to work and pretend to do something, take home the salary and live with it. The company is full of people like this.
Cons
If you care about your career and you don't want to get stuck here then stay away. After the integration with OCÈ the company has no direction. Too many projects and no real focus on anything. Complete chaos The HR is rubbish too.
