10yThanks for your input, you've picked up on a shared experience of many large multinational companies. In a firm of 18,000 people here in EMEA, it's true that things do sometimes move more slowly than we’d all like. You should be aware that there are a number of major transformation projects (at least 4 that I can think of) which are all about the way Canon EMEA empowers employees to do business in a bolder, more proactive and streamlined fashion. The results are not always obvious but there’s a very clear ambition to get better at communicating them.
