Constant meetings. Days were full of them, which meant that I couldn’t get any work done. Pay wasn’t great Management has no strategy. It’s a massively declining market and there’s no new strategy to break into any other markets. Canon seems to be blind to this… Redundancies are regular because it’s a failing market with no innovation Loads of restrictions from central which makes it hard to get anything done
