They never fire for poor performance-there's a lot of dead weight; HR management is aware of the negative reviews--his solution was to have HR personnel submit positive reviews

Great company with excellent pay and solid benefits package. Extremely clean environment with new and calibrated tooling and machinery.

Cons

Newport News is a very crowded city.
