      Steady work, great benefits. Lots of PTO. There are a lot of opportunities to move around in the company. They have good medical insurance.

      Cons

      Low yearly salary/hourly pay increases. They are very strict on taking time off and on being on time. If you are one minute late, you have to use PTO.

      Great company with excellent pay and solid benefits package. Extremely clean environment with new and calibrated tooling and machinery.

      Cons

      Newport News is a very crowded city.

      Financial downturn has left it an unstable place to work long term. High risk of layoffs
