      Great co-workers, good cafeteria, great benefits.

      Cons

      The management has no idea of the actual process it takes you to do your job, because they have never done it themselves. Trying to make production quota out of end-user repair is flat-out asinine. Anyone who has done this work will tell you that.

      Great company with excellent pay and solid benefits package. Extremely clean environment with new and calibrated tooling and machinery.

      Newport News is a very crowded city.
