      Benefits, health plan, vacation, easy work

      Cons

      Work environment, shock of cultures, poor hr policy in regards to employee performance. If someone doesn't deliver, they will just be moved somewhere else. Also if a new employee is needed the chances are a poor performer will be moved there.

      Great company with excellent pay and solid benefits package. Extremely clean environment with new and calibrated tooling and machinery.

      Cons

      Newport News is a very crowded city.

      great cafeteria and green space for walking. Great facilities and equipment, resources, people with lots of experience.

      Financial downturn has left it an unstable place to work long term. High risk of layoffs
