      Pros

      Vacation and time off was great. Depending on the department you are in the management can be very good. Benefits were very good.

      Cons

      Lack of resources. 10000 pages of paperwork to do anything. salary was horrible at least 5-8k below average.

      Great company with excellent pay and solid benefits package. Extremely clean environment with new and calibrated tooling and machinery.

      Cons

      Newport News is a very crowded city.

      great cafeteria and green space for walking. Great facilities and equipment, resources, people with lots of experience.

      Cons

      Financial downturn has left it an unstable place to work long term. High risk of layoffs
