      Flexible hours Work is pretty straight forward Decent PTO in addition to shutdowns

      Cons

      Work could be more challenging Need to standardize their process for design and drawings, pretty much a free for all Pay could also be a lot better, lots of good engineers rotate out after 2 years Need to improve communications, lots of things get lost in translation with the number of people it needs to funnel through before getting to you

      Great company with excellent pay and solid benefits package. Extremely clean environment with new and calibrated tooling and machinery.

      Cons

      Newport News is a very crowded city.

      great cafeteria and green space for walking. Great facilities and equipment, resources, people with lots of experience.

      Financial downturn has left it an unstable place to work long term. High risk of layoffs
