      Pros

      Really nice benefits and lax work environment with good people. As long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Very slow upward movement in the company and the salary is definitely not the best. Managers will try to fight for more funding but there is a serious disconnect between HR and the other departments

      Great company with excellent pay and solid benefits package. Extremely clean environment with new and calibrated tooling and machinery.

      Cons

      Newport News is a very crowded city.

      great cafeteria and green space for walking. Great facilities and equipment, resources, people with lots of experience.

      Financial downturn has left it an unstable place to work long term. High risk of layoffs
