Horrible place to work & horrible CEO - Director Canonical Employee Review

The CEO is a bully who seems to revel in humiliating people in, often at company wide meetings. The CTO is woefully unqualified and thinks acting like the a bully, like the CEO is a key to success. Canonical hires amazing engineers and then won't let them use their knowledge and experience to propose solutions. You have to only do what the CEO and CTO come up with.
