Throughout the past year, we’ve conducted numerous off-cycle compensation reviews and introduced a semiannual performance review process for our retail front line positions. We will continue to review market compensation data and regularly seek feedback and new benefit options for our CanFam. In 2021, there were 181 internal promotions at Canvas! We’ve recently re-introduced our Canvas Tours program which invites employees to tour other departments that interest them. Each person we hire goes through a competitive interview process with multiple interviewers, which contributes to our fair and consistent hiring process.
