We pride ourselves on providing our family members with the tools necessary to paint their ideal career picture with development tools and opportunities such as MyPlan, Canvas Tours, Empower Hours, and Innovation lab to name a few. Furthermore, we understand that maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial, and we are actively working on strategies to improve in this area. We have heard similar sentiments about work life balance from others, but striking a better balance takes folks such as yourself sharing when things could be better. We recognize the challenge, and after much discussion and dedicated research, we are pleased to share that we are rolling out new branch hours on July 8, 2024.
