We strive to provide learning and development opportunities to our CanFam and appreciate you highlighting a few of our efforts, such as the one-site gym and paid volunteer time.
We respect your point of view on leadership communication. While we never strive to be perfect, we can always improve, and we hear you. Our commitment to enhanced leadership skills is demonstrated in our updated Human Side of Leadership program that rolled out this year. We also have a full Learning & Development team dedicated to creating and updating our training procedures and practices along with developing many new valuable development opportunities for our teams. We recognize the importance of continuous improvement and are committed to providing development opportunities for our employees.
Regarding our offsite organization-wide event, while we recognize there can be challenges with attending, we feel the time commitment of bringing our entire workforce together is extremely valuable as part of our commitment to teamwork and culture.
