If you have a passion for cooking and wish to develop and mature your skills, this is the place for you. There are so many new items whether it be proteins vegetables or fruits, the head chefs always try to change things up. This is a great place to learn and develop
Cons
If your attempting to take this job for a bigger paycheck, dont. This is not the place you work because you want more money, as described above you must love the culinary arts to work here, although the pay grade is lower the benefits from the company are almost unbeatable throughout town
