Pros

Use of gym/facilities. Coworkers are great, just not managers or the executive staff. General manager is a useless tool.

Cons

Horribly managed, poor communication, new owners only care about profit, not enough pay, no raises

Pros

It was a paying job. I got an opportunity to learn that people can surprise you and be even worse than you thought they could be.

Cons

It was the worst professional experience of my life. Having a front row seat to heartless and out of touch leadership gave me anxiety and trauma.
