      Pros

      Management listens and encourages ideas. Office space was just remodeled with top of the line everything. Education and training opportunities. Promotion from within. Open PTO! Amazing 401k! Casual dress. Free snacks and coffee.

      Pros

      Flexibility. Entrepreneurial. Supports desire to attend regional and national functions. Pay has become more aligned with the industry. Mentor/Mentee opportunities for those that seek it. Hybrid and remote work options.

      Cons

      Very limited growth opportunities. Open PTO comes with a cost, often working during scheduled time off. Communication and collaboration is lacking. Little recognition for exceptional work.
