We are sorry to hear that you would not recommend CapSpecialty. We do have excellent benefits for salaried employees! We also have excellent benefits for hourly employees that include at least 2 weeks of paid vacation per year (up to 4 weeks with experience) + 5 personal paid days + 6 paid sick days + 9 paid holidays. We also have excellent professional development opportunities with bonuses upon completion, an annual incentive bonus plan, referral bonuses, services bonuses, holiday bonuses, a fully vested, generously matched 401k, rich benefits with low premiums, and growth opportunity, to name but a few benefits we offer all full time employees.
We also do have a fair amount of flexibility, but we must do so in compliance with various federal and state laws. For instance, The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) provides excellent protections for the American workforce and they do that in part by mandating employers keep meticulous track of hourly employees time, therefore, punching in and out and more rigid scheduling is necessary for non-exempt positions.
