      Company shows genuine efforts to provide supportive and professional work environment. Good benefits and competitive wages. Although workload is heavy, as it is everywhere, they do what they can to recognize and help deal with it.

      Cons

      For a small company, communications between departments is limited.

      Pros

      Flexibility. Entrepreneurial. Supports desire to attend regional and national functions. Pay has become more aligned with the industry. Mentor/Mentee opportunities for those that seek it. Hybrid and remote work options.

      Cons

      Very limited growth opportunities. Open PTO comes with a cost, often working during scheduled time off. Communication and collaboration is lacking. Little recognition for exceptional work.
