      Pros

      Everyone is very helpful to one another across all departments. Benefits are great. Company stands by their values. During the pandemic it became very clear just how much CapSpecialty truly cares about their employees.

      Pros

      Flexibility. Entrepreneurial. Supports desire to attend regional and national functions. Pay has become more aligned with the industry. Mentor/Mentee opportunities for those that seek it. Hybrid and remote work options.

      Cons

      Very limited growth opportunities. Open PTO comes with a cost, often working during scheduled time off. Communication and collaboration is lacking. Little recognition for exceptional work.
