      Pros

      Great leadership. Executive team have a great vision of how to change the industry. Lots of new, young and talented people. For insurance, these guys are doing exciting things.

      Cons

      Restructuring was incredibly painful, major technology problems have pained productivity. Not a creative company.

      Pros

      Flexibility. Entrepreneurial. Supports desire to attend regional and national functions. Pay has become more aligned with the industry. Mentor/Mentee opportunities for those that seek it. Hybrid and remote work options.

      Cons

      Very limited growth opportunities. Open PTO comes with a cost, often working during scheduled time off. Communication and collaboration is lacking. Little recognition for exceptional work.
