      Pros

      The new management team is making very positive changes to the culture and work environment of the company. Unlimited paid time off.

      Cons

      Some areas are very much top down management. They could use some input from all their employees. High turnover since new management took over.

      Pros

      Flexibility. Entrepreneurial. Supports desire to attend regional and national functions. Pay has become more aligned with the industry. Mentor/Mentee opportunities for those that seek it. Hybrid and remote work options.

      Cons

      Very limited growth opportunities. Open PTO comes with a cost, often working during scheduled time off. Communication and collaboration is lacking. Little recognition for exceptional work.
