5yThank you for taking the time to post a review. We are sorry your experience has caused you to doubt CapTech’s core values and question our response to the economic impact from COVID. We strive to cultivate an environment that supports our core values and during this world-wide pandemic, flexibility became an essential part of our improvement efforts. Our priority is to do everything we can to protect the careers of our consultants and offer growth and career advancement, while also being prepared to pivot quickly, and adeptly when things change. We acknowledge that the current global health crisis created an unavoidable slowdown for CapTech in the early months of the year and our response included furloughs and a temporary decrease in salaries. CapTecher’s at all levels were affected and an economic downturn plan was activated which called for leadership to take significant reductions to their compensation as well. Additionally, please know that we have heard the feedback and concerns related to career growth and promotion plans and will be rolling out enhanced guidance later this year.
